High achievers are not driven by fear. They are drawn by purpose. Naming a bold goal pulls your life into a new level of clarity. It activates motivation, creativity, and resilience.

Pastors and leaders often carry so much responsibility that they forget they are allowed to dream again. Barna found that pastoral loneliness has risen from 42 percent to 65 percent in recent years. When leaders feel alone they shrink their goals to match their energy. Stretch goals reverse that pattern. They expand the imagination and restore hope.

This is not about doing more. It is about becoming more present. More rested. More aligned with the life God is forming in you. Love as union creates the spaciousness where courage and clarity return.

If a stretch goal is taking shape in you I would love to walk with you. Coaching and spiritual direction are offered separately but integrated into one practice and everything remains confidential.

And if you know a pastor or leader who could use a safe place to breathe and grow I would be grateful for an introduction. Sometimes the greatest gift you can give a pastor is simply pointing them to a safe place to breathe.
